Who is responsible
[Company name], [Registered address], registration number [Reg. No.], is responsible for your personal data on iconfable.com. Contact: support@iconfable.com.
What we collect and why
- Orders: your name, email address, billing address and country, and what you bought. We need this to deliver your downloads, send receipts and meet our accounting duties (legal basis: contract and legal obligation).
- Account: if you create one, your login details and order history, so you can download again (contract).
- Payments: handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, which receives your payment details directly. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Emails to us: what you send, so we can answer you (legitimate interest).
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and learn which pages are useful. It sets cookies and receives your IP address. You can opt out at any time through the notice on the site (legitimate interest).
- Security logs: our server keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to protect the site against abuse (legitimate interest).
Who receives your data
Our hosting provider, our email provider, the payment provider and Google for analytics. Some of them may process data outside your country; where they do, they use safeguards recognised by data protection law. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as accounting law requires, usually up to 10 years. Account data until you delete your account. Analytics data for 14 months. Server logs for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@iconfable.com.
